We founded Fill based on the notion that building teams of great people are the most important thing a company does. Still, so many of us struggle with finding great employees! That is what Fill is trying to solve - connecting the world's employers with the best recruiters on a global scale.

Digital marketplaces have been around since the inception of the internet. With Fill, we're building a managed marketplace with a very specific focus. Finding and leveraging the power of recruiters and headhunters. And yeah, our marketplace works great and customers love it. But what we believe really set us apart is our ambition to improve the world of outsourced hiring. That is why we from day one have built a remote-first company since we believe talent is blind to borders. 

Our inception

On a frosty and chilly winter day, protected by the roof of a gazebo in a park in Stockholm, we took the first sod for what is today Fill. Over the years, we ourselves have had varied experience of working with recruiters and consultants but at the same time have been dependent on them. We felt that something was missing. This something is today the core of what we build with Fill. We know that the recruiter will be more relevant than ever for companies that are growing, but we believe that collaboration in the market can be improved with our help.

The founders of Fill are old friends, former colleagues and entrepreneurs with the goal of improving the experience for everyone who works and interacts with recruiters and headhunters.
